100k Cattle Tag Project Official Rules.

No purchase or exchange of money necessary to enter or be eligible to win. Void where prohibited. Correctly answering a skill testing question is required.  Purchase or exchange of money does not improve your odds of winning.

The 100K Cattle Tag Project (the “Project”) shall begin on July 01, 2021 at 12:00AM ET (the “Launch Date”) and end upon the first to occur of the following events: (i) December 31, 2021 11:59pm ET; or (ii) the date the supply of codes is depleted. The period beginning on the Launch Date and ending upon the first to occur of (i) or (ii) above is referred to herein as the “Promotion Period.”

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES. By entering or participating in the Project you accept and agree to be bound by these "Official Rules".

ELIGIBILITY. The Project is open only to legal residents of Canada and the U.S excluding Quebec, New York, Florida & Rhode Island (the “Zone”). Residents must be Eighteen (18) or older who have an active email account, the ability to open webpages and an active Paypal account as specified on as of the beginning of the promotion period. Employees or sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment or other coordinating agencies, individuals providing services to sponsor through an outsourcer or temporary employment agency during the promotion period, and their respective immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the project. The Project is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial/territorial, local and municipal laws and is void outside the Zone and where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER. During the promotion period, you may enter the project as follows. 


Purchase a “100K CATTLE TAG” from while supplies last.You will be emailed a unique one-time verification code up to three (3) weeks after drop date. Follow the online instructions and answer the skill testing question to see if you are an instant winner. Alternative entry by mail. To enter without obligation, mail a postcard to 111494 11th Line, East Garafraxa, Ontario, Canada, L9W 7A5, and include your first and last name, address, email address and "100K Entry" on the card. Alternative entry must be postmarked no later than December 13, 2021 and must be received before December 31, 2021. You will receive via email one (1) unique one-time verification code, while supplies last. Purchase transactions involving declined credit or debit transactions are not eligible for purchase entries. There is no limit to the number of entries per individual.

PRIZES AND ODDS. The prizes to be awarded from the project are as follows:

TWENTY (20) FIFTH PLACE PRIZES: $1000 (CAD). Odds of winning - 20 in 100,150

FIFTY (50) SIXTH PLACE PRIZES: $500 (CAD). Odds of winning - 50 in 100,150 

FIFTY (50) SEVENTH PLACE PRIZES: $250 (CAD). Odds of winning - 50 in 100,150

FIFTY (50) EIGHTH PLACE PRIZES: $100 (CAD). Odds of winning - 50 in 100,150 

FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY (450) NINTH PLACE PRIZES: $50 (CAD). Odds of winning 450 in 100,150 

ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (1500) TENTH PLACE PRIZES: $10.00 (CAD). Odds of winning 1500 in 100,150

NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND TWENTY-FIVE (98,025) ELEVENTH PLACE PRIZES: $0.25 (CAD). Odds of winning 98,025 in 100,150

Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $250,506.25 (CAD)

No substitution of prizes permitted. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Winners are solely responsible for any local, provincial, state and federal taxes, if any, that apply to prizes. Allow up to six (6) weeks for delivery of prizes

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release within seven (7) days of being awarded a prize. If a selected winner is ineligible, fails to claim a prize and/or where applicable an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, the prize may be forfeited. 

ENTRANT VERIFICATION: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be declared made by the person in whose name entry was made. The Project Administrator reserves the right to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Project Administrator – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) for any reason the Project Administrator deems necessary, in its sole discretion, for the purposes of administering this Project in accordance with these Official Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Project Administrator within the timeline specified by the Project Administrator may result in disqualification by the Project Administrator, in its sole discretion.

DISQUALIFICATION. Entries which are incomplete, incorrect, incomprehensible, not received, or do not otherwise comply with these Official Rules (as determined by the Project Administrator in its sole and absolute discretion) will be void and will not be entered into the Project’s promotion. Entries made by facsimile, overnight courier, automated means, any entry service, or in any other manner not specifically allowed under these Official Rules will not be entered into the Project and may result in disqualification of the entries and the responsible entrant(s). Project Administrator reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or who acts in a disruptive or unfair manner.

DISCLAIMERS. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Project parties are not responsible for: (I) late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage due, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or undeliverable entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by email or postal mail or otherwise; (II) Theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; or (III) Phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties. (iv) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions; (v) damage to entrants' or any person's computer; (vi) causes beyond Project parties’ reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Project; (vii) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Project; (viii) any typographical or other error in the printing or advertising related to the Project, in the administration or execution of the Project, or in the announcement/notification of prize winners; (ix) by any human, or other error, which may occur in this Project; or (x) cheating or fraud by any participant.

In no event will sponsor be liable for any special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business or profits) arising out of or in connection with your participation in the project, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not sponsor has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, sponsor's aggregate liability to you arising with respect to these official rules will not exceed 5.00 (CAD). Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limited or exclusion may not apply to you.

INDEMNIFICATION. To the maximum extent permitted by law, by participating in this Project, entrants agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (A) to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsor and agents, including advertising and project agencies, and assigns, and any other organizations related to the project, harmless, from any and all claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from participation in this project or acceptance or use of a prize or parts thereof, including without limitation (B) any third party claims make in connection with your entry, or any representations and warranties made by you in connection with your entry; and (C) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the project. (D) to waive all rights to claim punitive, indirect, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees, court costs, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO APPLICABLE PORTIONS OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited, by participating in the project, you consent to the use of your name , photo and/or likeness, biographical information, and statements attributed to you as an entrant (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes, including without limitation, inclusion in sponsor's newsletters, and sponsor's homepages at, without additional compensation.

PRIVACY. The personal information collected through this Project is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at .  By entering this Project, each entrant agrees that the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives (including the Project Administrator) may store, share and use the personal information he/she submitted with his/her entry for the purpose of administering the Project and agrees to the collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal information as described in these Official Rules, in the above Privacy Policy and as permitted by law. Your personal data will be collected in Canada. By participating in this project you expressly consent to the transfer of your personal information to countries outside of your country of residence, including without limitation, Canada. As a result, your personal information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in those jurisdictions according to laws in those jurisdictions. This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the project in whole or in part, if in sponsor's opinion (A) the same is not capable of running as planned by reason of the occurrence of any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications, equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the promotion by any party or any federal, state, local or provincial government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within sponsor's control, or (B) Any other factors beyond Sponsor's reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the project, in all instances without liability to the entrants . Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner, as determined by sponsor, in its sole discretion. 

GOVERNING LAW AND CHOICE OF FORUM. These official rules are governed by the law of the Province of Ontario, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action, suit or case arising out of, or in connection with, this project or these official rules must be brought in either the federal or provincial courts sitting in Ontario, Canada.

SEVERABILITY & CONFLICTS. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Project-related materials or made by any representative of Sponsor or Project Administrator, and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

PERSONAL INFORMATION. Sponsor may collect personal data about entrants online, in accordance with Terms & Conditions and as may be more specifically set forth in these official rules. Please review these official rules and Sponsor's Terms & Conditions. 

WINNER’S LIST, OFFICIAL RULES. For a list of prize winners, send an email to with "Winner's List" as the email subject and the project name specified in the body of the email. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the end of the project period.
